Pastor Matthew L. Grim was born in Floyd, Virginia. He attended Virginia Tech and achieved a bachelor of science in civil engineering. Matthew worked in the field of civil engineering for nine years, and during this time discovered his call to vocational ministry. In 2016 he became the Senior Pastor of Dimond Blvd. Baptist Church.

Lynda has been involved in counseling and discipling women for over 20 years. She is passionate about bringing glory to God by helping women and children make critical heart changes only the Lord can bring through His Gospel, the sufficiency of the Scriptures, prayer, the power of the Holy Spirit, and the authority and ministry of the local church.
Her work began in 1994 when she became a volunteer counselor at ABC Crisis Pregnancy Center in Kenai, Alaska. Later serving on the Board of Directors and then as Executive Director. She then served 8 years as the Client Services Director at the CPC Pregnancy Center in Anchorage, Alaska. In 2010 she began counseling at Dimond Blvd. Baptist Church where she came on staff in February 2012 as the Director of Women and Children's Counseling.
Lynda's schooling and training includes a Business Certificate from Bob Jones University School of Business Administration (1973). Certification from the International Association of Administrative Professionals (1986). CareNet Pregnancy Resource Counselor Certification (1992). Biblical Counseling Certification from the Institute for Nouthetic Studies (2012) followed by her certification with the National Association of Nouthetic Counselors, now the Association of Certified Biblical Counselors (2014).
In 1973 Lynda married Ron, "the boy next door!" They have two children Tara and Ron Charles, who have blessed them with 8 wonderful grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Office Secretary, ABWE Missionary
Donna is a veteran missionary serving with her husband, Leon, for 24 years. The duels initially worked stateside in youth, camp and pastoral ministries before joining the mission, ABWE. They served in Ukraine, Russia and recently moved to Alaska to assist Dimond Baptist Church in reaching some of the more than 100 people groups in the Anchorage area.
The Duells have four children and eight grandchildren.
